At the international terminal of the San Francisco Int'l Airport, we are allowed to park at the limousine pick-up area ONLY, which is located at the right end of taxi and shuttle stand. Passengers should make a phone call to us as soon as checked-in baggage are claimed.
Domestic passengers are to wait right outside the baggage claim area.
Pick-up is more convenient at the Oakland airport; we can pick up anywhere, but we recommend to wait right outside the baggage claim area, which is designated for passenger pick-up.
Passengers are advised to arrange a reservation at least 5 hours in advance and provide us with detailed information; flight number, estimated arrival time, destination address, payment option and number of passengers. Also, please let us know if you bring checked-in bags.
